Why I feel like Insanepuppet

“美国申请进行时”。今天开始行动，终于开始了，虽然有点晚，However,以我的效率应该是没问题的。可今天真让我无奈。取父之visa网刷之，结果出这许多的问题来，有问题不怕，找银行的人问就可以了？！我也是这样想地：招商银行-信用卡部门-输入了父亲的身份证号，密码，信用卡号，密码。。。。。。。

 

终于有人接电话了：“您好”。“您好，我在使用信用卡国际网上支付是出现了点问题。”“请问您是用卡主本人吗？”“不是，我是他儿子。”“卡在您的手中吗？”“是的。”“对不起，只能持卡者本人接听我们才能回答问题。”哦，这样，我第二次打进电话装了回“信用卡持有者”。。。。。。“请问您是持卡者本人吗？”“对，对我是。”“蒋先生您好。”“我在国际。。。。。。”“您的卡在您的手上吗？”“在阿？？”“刚才有问先生是您的儿子，他说卡在他的手上。”“对，我就想问一个问题。”“对不起，如果您没有持卡，我们是无法给您解答的，再见。”

 

信用卡用户咨询问题只能由本人来询问才予以解答，本人要询问问题时卡不在持卡人手中无法予以解答。对信用卡的多渠道，全面的身份确认确保了使用的安全性，确保着信用卡使用的方便快捷。这是没错，怎么就觉得那么别扭呢？我也将有一样属于我自己的信用卡，也许是又一张令我苦笑不得的信用卡。
